One World Drumming
We had a blast performing our drumming skills today! We loved learning about djembe drums and experimenting with different rhythms, beats, pitches and tempos.
Indigenous Ways of Knowing...
We continued to gain knowledge and wisdom by experiencing the stories and facts of Canada's Indigenous people and the animals of the teachings. We read the story Raven Brings the Light By Roy Henry Vickers & Robert Budd and we learned about a tale from the Northwest People of British Columbia.
