Updates:
- it is PJ day tomorrow - wear PJs to school if you like and feel free to bring a stuffy!
- Tomorrow is our last day of school before winter break. It is a full day.
- School resumes on Tuesday, January 8th for students
- Please be sure to check the lost and found for missing items
Caroling
Students have been getting into the holiday spirit this week by taking part in caroling in the gym. Ask about some of the songs students have been singing.
Subtraction practice
Students have been practicing subtraction facts this week. We are encouraging efficiency and being able to automatically recall subtraction facts from 18. We are continuing to learn strategies for subtracting larger numbers (up to 3 digits) with and without regrouping. This would be a great skill to practice over the break!
