ORANGE SHIRT DAY/EVERY CHILD MATTERS
Today was Orange Shirt Day here at Eric Harvie School. It was a day to come together as a community in the spirit of reconciliation. We were reminded of those who were taken away from their homes and families and placed into a residential school. Students were reminded that the reason we have orange shirt day is so that we don't make the same mistake again and that every child matters. Please take some time to read students' reflections on our twitter feed.
