Valentine's Day
We've discussed the option of handing out valentine cards today. Seeing as we are a very large pod we are suggesting students who wish to participate can bring cards for just the students in their "homeroom". That would limit the number to 22-23 per teacher. We will post first names of students soon. We will hand out cards on February 13th.
Book Orders
Book orders went home today. They are due by Wednesday February 13, 2018. Orders can be through the flyer or you can visit the website at www.scholastic.ca/canadaclubs

Identifying Rocks...
How do the properties of minerals help you identify your rock? We learned about colour, streak, texture, cleavage, crystal form, lustre and magnetism. How can you identify the presence of minerals within your rock?
