Grade 4 TMC Visit...
The grade 4 students had the opportunity to explore some of the new opportunities that will be available for them to experience next year at TMC. Students participated in woodshop, culinary arts, visual art, music and physical education activities, as well as sewing and a scavenger hunt. Ask your child about their day!
Rights and Responsibilities:
We learned about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child today and that it is a special code of human rights for children under 18. It recognizes that children require special protection.
We also discussed responsibilities that we have that go hand in hand with our rights and created a wall of rights and responsibilities to show the symbolize strength when we all work hard to create a peaceful, respectful world.
