Updates:
-Student spring photos and class photos are on Thursday, APRIL 25th!
-Good Friday is a holiday and Monday April 22 is a PD day. Both of these days students will not be in school.
-Our pod will be having their popcorn party this Thursday afternoon for the most participation at Eric Harvie in the sale of the Box of Cards fundraiser. We will be watching the chronicals of Narnia tomorrow (as we've just finished reading aloud the novel) - The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. It is rated PG and if you would not like your child to watch the movie, please email one of us and we will ensure they have an alternate activity to take part in.

Highlights from our day:
Some students worked on an interesting math problem. They were challenged to use only 4s to get the numbers from 1 to 20 using any operation. An extension was also given asking students to use exactly four 4s and any combination of operations to get each of the numbers from 1 to 20. This problem was modified and adapted from Jo Boaler's website, www.youcubed.org.
